What to email about
- Methodology questions — how the Pulse Index is calculated, how the regime classifier is fit, why this regime count, etc.
- Errors or corrections — if a reported number looks wrong, tell me; I’ll check and issue a correction with a dated note.
- Media / journalist inquiries — citing AZTMM research, press requests, interview requests.
- Research suggestions — new categories, regime variants, ticker coverage, etc.
What I can’t answer
- Personalised investment advice. AZTMM publishes general, impersonal research under the Lowe v. SEC publisher exemption. “What should I do with my portfolio?” or “Should I buy X?” — I can’t answer those. That would cross into registered-adviser territory and I am not an RIA.
- Specific trade recommendations. The Pulse Index and the regime classifier are market-context frameworks, not buy/sell signals.
- Tax, legal, accounting. Talk to the appropriate professional.
